1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Supply My Fire website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services

Supply My Fire provides the sale, supply, and installation of fireplaces, stoves, media walls, and related products. Our services include:

Supply and installation of gas fires and stoves
Supply and installation of electric fires
Supply and installation of wood burning stoves
Bespoke media wall design and installation
Fireplace and mantel supply
Site surveys and consultations

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Prices include VAT unless otherwise specified.
A deposit may be required to confirm your order. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of quotation.
Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes following a site survey.

4. Installation

All gas installations are carried out by Gas Safe-registered engineers.
All solid fuel installations are carried out by HETAS-approved installers.
Installation dates are agreed in advance and are subject to availability.
The customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the installation area.
Any additional work identified during installation that was not included in the original quotation will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed at the time of order.
We accept bank transfer, debit card, and credit card payments.
Full payment is required before or on the day of installation unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@supplymyfire.com.
For bespoke or made-to-order products, cancellations may not be possible once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.
Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Deposits may be non-refundable for bespoke orders — this will be confirmed at the time of quotation.

7. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to all products supplied. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.
Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, or unauthorised modifications.

8. Liability

We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.
