Most fireplace and stove installations are completed within one to two days, depending on the complexity of the project. Media walls and wood burning stove installations that require new flue work may take slightly longer, but we'll provide a clear timeline before any work begins.
Q. Are your installers certified?
Absolutely. Our team is fully HETAS approved for solid fuel installations and Gas Safe registered for all gas work, with over 40 years of combined experience. Every installation is carried out to Building Regulations standards, giving you complete peace of mind.

Yes, you can have a wood burning stove in a smoke control area provided it is DEFRA-approved and uses authorised smokeless fuel. We'll advise you on compliant stove models and ensure your installation meets all local regulations and Building Regulations requirements.
